Shipping Policy

  • We only deliver to New Zealand addresses. Unfortunately, international orders won't be accepted. 
     

  • We currently use NZ Post to deliver all our online orders. If you have a parcel you want to track, simply click the link and enter your tracking number on www.nzpost.co.nz.
     

  • NZ Post strives to deliver in 1-3 working days to all non-rural places in New Zealand (+2 business days for rural) provided that the order is placed before noon (NZST) on weekdays, excluding public holidays.
     

  • Business days are Monday to Friday, and do not include weekends or public holidays.
     

  • While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person. This can be a result of a delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight. This includes but is not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
     

  • Birdie NZ Limited orders are sent with 'Authority to Leave'. This means that NZ Post will leave your order for you in a safe place if you are not available to sign for your order. All risk in the parcel will remain with you upon delivery and Birdie NZ Limited will not offer a replacement or refund for any loss or damage as a result of your parcel being left without a signature.
     

  • Delivery charges and minimum orders are subject to change at any time.
     

  • All orders are subject to the availability of items at the time of dispatch. We do our best to maintain up-to-date and accurate information regarding stock levels. If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email and refund you for those items.
